The Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the sales function across the Latin America Region. The Head of Sales will work closely with various departments to create tailored solutions for clients and drive revenue generation.
On the Marketing perspective, is responsible for developing and executing a marketing and communications strategy for Latin America, particularly in Brazil. This role ensures a cohesive approach that aligns with the company's strategic priorities. A key aspect of the role is building collaborative and trusting relationships across all levels of the business, supporting the OJF model and ambition.
