ESPECIALISTA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE PRODUTOS II

The Product Engineer Specialist at HwIT is the technical cornerstone between R&D innovation and global manufacturing excellence. This professional is responsible for orchestrating the complete industrialization cycle — from first R&D prototypes through NPI delivery to mass production — covering BOM control for complex products, product cost modeling, and equipment and materials management, enabling our customers' products to achieve world-class manufacturing quality, competitive costs, and scalable production.

Technical Requirements

·       Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Production, Telecommunications, Electric, or Mechatronic Engineering. PMI or AQS

·       Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in Product/Process Engineering in high-complexity industries;

·       Professional Certification: PMP (PMI) or CQE (ASQ) are a plus for candidates managing complex international NPI programs;

·       Global Mobility: part of work time involves on-site visits to manufacturing and partner locations; remainder is local or remote.

·       Expertise: Deep knowledge in NPI, equipment/materials management, capacity planning, yield improvement, and production failure analysis.

·       Toolbox: PLM systems, JMP/Minitab. Technical knowledge in Python, C#, and/or LabVIEW is desirable.

Languages

·       English: Mandatory — Fluent (C1/C2 level).

·       Spanish: Native/Bilingual — Highly Desirable.

·       Portuguese: Native/Bilingual — Desirable.
