Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales operations of a small company. This role is responsible for coordinating orders with retailers, verifying order and payment information, troubleshooting issues, and providing customer service while supporting the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on orders with retail partners to ensure timely fulfillment
- Verify order details, pricing, and payment status for accuracy
- Address and resolve order or delivery issues in a timely manner
- Provide responsive customer service to retailers and clients
- Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and transactions
- Support the Head of Sales with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and CRM/order management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
