Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation of technologies;
• Training and guiding clients in the use of our technology services;
• Configuring and optimizing surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows;
• Conducting tests to ensure the quality and performance of all deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed;
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory;
• Fluent French (spoken and written) – mandatory;
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn;
• Passion for data, technology, and user experience;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
