Senior SAP Business One Consultant - based in the United States

We are seeking a Senior SAP Business One Consultant based in the United States to lead SAP Business One implementations, optimizations, and support projects for customers across multiple industries.

This role requires deep SAP Business One HANA expertise, strong customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to independently manage projects and deliver solutions.

• US Citizen required
• Based in the United States
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of SAP Business One consulting experience
• Strong experience with SAP Business One on HANA
• Experience with:
• Implementation projects
• Process analysis
• User training
• Support and optimization
• Strong Crystal Reports development skills
• Excellent customer communication and documentation abilities

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Boyum IT Solutions
• Coresuite
• Wysis
• SQL knowledge
• SAP B1 Service Layer
• SAP B1 integrations and APIs
• Warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution projects

• Lead SAP Business One implementation and migration projects
• Analyze customer business processes and design ERP solutions
• Configure SAP Business One HANA environments
• Develop and maintain Crystal Reports
• Support end-users and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical and infrastructure teams
• Provide documentation, workshops, and user training

Position Overview

This role supports our sales and customer success teams by handling quotations, licensing coordination, renewals, contract administration, and operational support activities related to SAP Business One environments.

The ideal candidate understands SAP licensing structures, works independently, and communicates professionally with customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• 3+ years experience in sales support, back office, or ERP operations
• Experience with SAP Business One licensing and maintenance processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience working with customer representatives and account managers

• Experience with SAP partner operations
• Knowledge of SAP licensing models and cloud subscriptions
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
• Understanding of ERP implementation processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Experience in international customer environments

• Support customer representatives and account managers
• Prepare quotations, renewals, and licensing documentation
• Coordinate SAP license requests and changes
• Assist with maintenance renewals and subscription tracking
• Maintain customer records and operational documentation
• Communicate with customers regarding licensing and service requests
• Coordinate internally with consulting and infrastructure teams
