Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Certification

• SAP Business One certified professional is a plus.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in SAP Business One implementations as a Consultant.

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of Excel, DTW, and PLD.
• English proficiency in reading and writing for opening and managing support tickets.
• Good understanding of business processes.
• SAP Business One certification in versions 2005B, 2007B, or 8.8 is a plus.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering and project documentation.
• Knowledge of system configuration and parameterization.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of SQL and query development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-user training and provide user support.
• Create and maintain SQL queries.
• Provide daily updates on project activities and progress.
• Configure the system according to customer requirements, including customizations, parameterization, and integrations with other tools.
• Conduct training sessions for key users and the client’s team, ensuring effective use of the system.
• Maintain technical and process documentation throughout the project.
• Prepare and maintain implementation progress reports.
