Financial Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the financial operations of a small company. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as preparing and maintaining accurate cash flow projections to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
• Process accounts payable, including verifying and reconciling vendor invoices
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Prepare regular cash flow forecasts and analyze variances
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
